Only one lift working, which caused delays!!! Strong smell in the unit and poor Wi-Fi limits for families could easily be improved!!!

we had a fantastic stay at oaks! our one-bedroom apartment was spacious with a lovely large balcony and amazing views from the 25th floor. the internal laundry was super handy, and the location was perfect—just a quick walk to plenty of cafes and the corner coles store. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. plus, the heated pool was a great bonus!

while our stay was enjoyable, the only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver, kicking in prior to my arrival on a scorching day. Impressive views from the 26th floor, especially of Market City and Moore Park. The pool was a tranquil oasis all to myself. However, some areas were undergoing repairs, and the room decor did not match the online photos, which was a bit disappointing.
