The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The carpet and the kitchen were filthy dirty. The lounge was also dirty. Very disapointing. It is not a 4 star motel as indicated on the bookings website.

Hi, Our stay was very pleasant, however as the room was not serviced daily we experienced a build up of rubbish and towels which became a bit messy towards the end of our stay. I think you could look at removing used towels daily as it can't be a healthy environment using a bathroom full of dirty wet towels lying on the floor. Regards, Steven Halcvoop ,,,,

Location is excellent. Easy walk to the main shopping areas and even to Darling Harbour. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close enough yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are fast and comfortably fit multiple people with their luggage.
The shower was difficult to keep at the same temperature. Without warning our shower would be boiling hot or freezing cold. This was the most frustrating thing for us. The room decor was nice however felt a little outdated. Iron mark on the carpet in front of the tv and a random square cut out of the carpet near the bed. TV was confusing to operate however we figured it out eventually, then it was easy. Parking is a nightmare in the underground park with other drivers flying around. They supply soap and shampoo and conditioner however things like tissues would be nice. Room was a little loud with the train line less than 100m from the room. They toot their horns right near the hotel. No problems at all though with earplugs. No screens on very high, large windows (windows open with nothing stopping someone falling out).

Loation, location, loation. Ideal location for Central Station only 10 minutes walk. Very close to good shopping and restaurants such as World Centre, George Street, Chinatown, Darling Harbour markets. For the fitter even Oxford and Darlinghurst Streets are within walking distance. Desk staff very friendly and helpfull. Although the establishment has a young clientel, we as a middle age couple felt quite at home. Rooms were clean, but were not serviced during our stay which suited us fine, just lock up and go.
Some of the laundry facilities were out of order, the gym equipment is ancient, the heated pool looked nice though. Can get a little noisy in the early hours as the young set arrive home from their work or play. Not a major distraction.

The Shower was very hard to get the water from burning you. The parking underneath was a nightmare for a bigger car.

I didn't feel like leaving and would stay here again. Wonderful hotel with good wi-fi, the location was favourable to Museum station or Central station. Location: the property was just off trams and trains, Maloney's Irish pub, and tourist attractions. There was Great Aunty Three nearby to grab something to eat. My room was huge with a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Close to conference location
Room cleanliness poor. Air conditioning so loud it could not be used for more than 30 min. Very noisy in building and near rail line. So loud you can not sleep with out ear plugs

Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious with a lovely large balcony and amazing views from the 25th floor. The internal laundry was super handy, and the location was perfect-just a quick walk to plenty of cafes and the corner coles store. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plus, the heated pool was a great bonus!
while our stay was enjoyable, the only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times.
